Job summary

Stoughton Trailers, LLC is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to coordinate the detailed planning and scheduling of production orders at our Stoughton, WI facility.

You will build and maintain the Master Production Schedule based on firm customer orders and forecasts, manage MRP run cycles, and ensure timely availability of materials while aligning with capacity and lead times. Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Alert leadership of capacity or material issues that will impact the project schedule or the MPS.
• Create and update key metrics as required, notably the Available to Promise weekly and daily schedule attainment results.
• Build a master production schedule based on firm customer orders and forecast using planning BOM’s and production plan.
• Maintain the Master Production Schedule on a consistent basis.
• Load and maintain MRP and run MRP according to Time Fence Policies.
• Release, maintain, and modify end item work orders, after-market, engineering test and prototypes.
• Maintain and distribute final assembly schedules.
• Provide timely updates to Master Production Schedule and execute required changes.
• Contribute to the team effort to produce a quality product.
• Other duties may be assigned as required by the Company.
