Job summary

AMETEK Irvine is seeking a Master Scheduler to plan production schedules to meet customer demand. You will develop schedules based on sales forecasts, plant and labor capacity, and new opportunities, leading improvements in delivery performance and cost reduction.

Responsibilities include creating master schedules, forecasting aggregate demand, analyzing capacity data, maintaining ERP data (BoMs, routings), and aligning demand with capacity to produce executable schedules.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in Production Control/Planning or Materials in manufacturing.
• Proficient in MRP logic, scheduling, capacity planning, BOMs and routings.
• Ability to forecast aggregate demand and manage workloads.

Responsibilities

• Create a master schedule aligning operations with sales forecasts and orders.
• Forecast demand, monitor capacity, and produce master production schedules.
• Analyze capacity data and determine processes, tools and HR needs.
• Maintain ERP data including BoMs, product structure, and routings.
• Align demand with capacity to develop executable production schedules.
