ITW Performance Polymers is seeking a Marketing Co-Op Intern in Danvers, MA to support strategic initiatives through primary and secondary market research. You will identify new market segments, understand customer needs, and inform growth strategies across our product portfolio.

You will lead a capstone research project and present actionable insights to senior leadership, gaining hands-on experience in a technical B2B environment with mentorship from seasoned marketing professionals.

Formación

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for uncovering insights.
• Currently pursuing a master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior internship or project experience in market research or strategy is advantageous.
• Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct primary research through surveys, interviews, and field studies to gather customer insights.
• Perform secondary research using industry reports, databases, and academic sources to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Support segmentation analysis across multiple levels (e.g., industry verticals, application types, geography, customer profiles).
• Assist in synthesizing research findings into actionable insights and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, and R&D to align research with business objectives.
• Maintain organized documentation of research sources, methodologies, and findings.
