Job summary

CRW Engineering Group, Inc. seeks a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our Alaska team. This role owns day-to-day communications and marketing efforts, including social media, events, content, materials, and special initiatives.

Proposal development is a core responsibility and takes priority when active, with workload shifts toward proposals as deadlines require. Based in Alaska, you will collaborate across marketing, HR, leadership, and design to deliver compelling materials and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business, English, writing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience; AEC experience and Alaska market experience preferred.
• Strong writing and editing abilities for social media and marketing content.
• Proposal experience and familiarity with RFP structure, scoring, and response requirements preferred; ability to shift priorities for deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRW's social media and content calendar, developing posts and gathering project/staff content.
• Develop, write, and edit internal and external marketing content (website, announcements, ads, newsletters, staff stories, award submissions, recruiting materials).
• Lead planning and coordination for external marketing, client, industry, and community events; support HR and other internal teams with events.
• Coordinate branded materials, giveaways, advertising, sponsorship materials; provide InDesign backup as needed.
• Lead and support special marketing projects, including campaigns, surveys, market research, or photography/video.
