Job summary

Peabody Essex Museum (PEM) is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to support a cross-disciplinary marketing team in a fast-paced environment. You will help assign tasks, set deadlines, and manage resource allocation, while providing administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer and the marketing team.

The role includes leading project meetings, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, and managing workflows on Monday.com.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in administrative support roles.
• Experience with project management software (preferably Monday.com).
• Strong time management and organizational skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for internal museum departments and assign tasks.
• Set deadlines with team members and determine resource allocation.
• Lead project meetings and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage marketing project workflows on Monday.com and support press/influencer outreach.
