A Project Manager in MarComms will oversee cross-functional marketing campaigns, manage plans and budgets, and drive accountability to ensure on-time delivery and strategic impact across channels.

You will partner with creative, development, and production teams, applying PM best practices and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders to keep programs on track

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to set deadlines and coordinate multiple projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with big-picture awareness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with PM software and marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects spanning content, creative, analytics, research and digital marketing.
• Apply PM best practices to drive collaboration across teams and identify risks.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Communicate with stakeholders with regular status updates and blockers.
• Support adoption and improvement of PM processes, tools, and templates.
• Balance workload in a fast-paced, creative environment.
