Delta Health is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing, communications, branding, and patient experience initiatives. This role develops and executes strategic plans to increase awareness of Delta Health’s services, strengthen community relationships, and promote our reputation as a trusted healthcare provider.

The Marketing Director will lead Delta Health’s Patient Experience Program, partnering with clinical and operational leaders to improve the patient journey,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or a related field; master’s preferred.
• At least 3 years in marketing, community engagement, outreach, or related experience.
• Experience with patient experience initiatives and familiarity with Press Ganey, HCAHPS, or CMS measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing, communications, branding, public relations, digital marketing, and outreach.
• Develop campaigns, website content, social media, SEO, and media initiatives.
• Support provider recruitment, new services, strategic initiatives, and growth.
• Lead patient experience and service excellence initiatives.
• Monitor patient satisfaction data and drive improvement strategies.
