Oklahoma City Thunder is seeking an experienced Director, Marketing Strategy & Operations to lead the marketing function and connect brand strategy with execution across paid and owned channels. You will drive strategy, audience insights, ROI-focused campaigns, and brand governance while developing the Marketing team and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Competenze

• 7+ years in integrated marketing, brand marketing, media, and/or related fields.
• Experience leading marketing strategy, campaigns, and cross-functional planning.
• Strong understanding of brand governance, paid media, and audience targeting.
• Proven leadership of teams and budgets with data-driven decision making.
