Job summary

CARE is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator based in US - Atlanta, GA to support the CMO and Marketing team with calendar management, travel, expenses, and project coordination. The role requires strong attention to detail and professional communication.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, vendors, and cross‑functional partners to keep budgets, processes, and resources organized, and to deliver clear, polished departmental materials and presentations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in executive support, project coordination, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting a senior executive with calendar, travel, and expense coordination.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Experience drafting, editing, formatting, and maintaining professional documents, process guides, and presentations.
• Experience using Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with budgeting, expense management, purchasing, or financial tracking processes.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional communication.
• Executive support capabilities, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendar of internal and external meetings and coordinate travel logistics.
• Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time.
• Coordinate defined marketing projects and production activities with schedules and approvals.
• Draft, edit, format, and maintain departmental resources and presentations.
• Maintain organized archives and shared drives for easy access.
• Manage departmental supply orders and procurement tracking.
