Job summary

CARE in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support CARE's Global Supply Chain Transformation team. You will handle day-to-day operations, RAID tracking, meetings, artifacts, and ensure execution discipline across Finance, Supply Chain, Change, and external partners.

The role focuses on organizing meetings, maintaining notes, ensuring decisions are documented, and providing leadership with accurate progress updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3 years of experience coordinating development projects in international cooperation organizations or NGOs.
• 3 years of experience in project formulation, monitoring, follow-up and evaluation.
• Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
• Experience in designing proposals for resource management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional meetings (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Change, Huron).
• Maintain RAID logs and ensure documentation reflects actual agreements and decisions.
• Develop agendas, manage materials, track attendance and document outputs.
• Prepare leadership updates and support executive-readouts with traceability to source evidence.
• Track responsibilities and ensure follow-through on meeting commitments.
