Job summary

CK Construction Group in Kentucky is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth. You will combine big-picture thinking with strong time management and communication skills to lead market research, campaigns, and digital asset management.

You will collaborate across departments to develop proposals, thought leadership content, and client-focused narratives, while guiding process improvements and measuring campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree or equivalent with business/technical focus.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in professional services or AEC.
• Experience with proposal development, content creation, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal process from kickoff through delivery, ensuring compliance, quality, and timeliness.
• Translate complex technical information into persuasive, client-focused narratives.
• Partner with business development and project leaders to refine pursuit strategies and differentiate offerings.
• Maintain and grow a content library of project profiles, resumes, and supporting materials.
• Oversee corporate branding across all marketing touchpoints and communications.
• Oversee and assist in CRM and content management systems; manage marketing expenditures.
