Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in professional services or AEC.
• Experience with proposal development, content creation, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal process from kickoff through delivery, ensuring compliance, quality, and timeliness.
• Translate complex technical information into persuasive client narratives.
• Partner with BD and project leaders to refine pursuit strategies.
• Maintain and grow a content library of project profiles and materials.
• Oversee CRM and content management systems development and implementation.
• Monitor and analyze market data, competitors, and client feedback.
