Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Marketing Manager to own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization. This hybrid role blends strategic direction with operational oversight, joining sales calls, guiding internal and external specialists, and delivering measurable client outcomes.

You will own roadmaps, optimize campaigns, and ensure QA and continual improvement, reporting on results to clients on a monthly/quarterly

Qualifications

4 to 7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel full-funnel strategy.
Strong experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
Expertise with Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console and keyword tools.
Ability to articulate strategic recommendations for clients and account executives.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across industries.
Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch technical recommendations.
Build 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps for each client.
Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
Audit campaigns, keywords, bidding structures, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
Oversee technical and on-page SEO, link building, AI-driven content.
Track KPIs, attribution and analytics accuracy.
Provide weekly direction and coordinate priorities with the marketing PM.
