Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years combined experience in Sales, R&D, Production or similar with technical chemistry knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Maintain understanding of the paper industry including market trends, customer needs and competitive dynamics.
- Develop and maintain strategic marketing plans to support growth and profitability.
- Translate market insights into strategies for resource allocation, product development and commercial growth.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics to align commercial strategies with operations.
- Develop and maintain market segmentation strategies and product line roadmaps.
