Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Experience in both event management and social/content marketing.
• Ability to develop marketing strategy, not just execute plans.
• Excellent project management with multiple priorities.
• Strong writing, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own social media content strategy and brand storytelling for local practices.
• Develop content across channels and coordinate across websites, Google, YouTube and print.
• Collaborate with providers to translate clinical expertise into accessible content.
• Capture photo/short-form video content and manage larger projects.
• Develop social media strategy, calendars and publishing cadence.
• Monitor performance and refine strategy based on insights.
• Lead planning and execution of events, education programs and community activations.
• Manage budgets, vendors, timelines and on-site event execution.
• Evaluate results and apply learnings to future programs.
• Serve as strategic local marketing partner for growth and visibility.
