Mack & Associates, Ltd. is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead development and execution of marketing initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives.

You will work across teams to create high-impact proposals, marketing materials, and brand storytelling while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of five years’ marketing experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proven expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy execution.
• Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage high-quality proposal responses, qualification packages, and other business development materials in response to RFPs and RFQs.
• Partner with internal leadership teams to prepare impactful presentations and interview materials for prospective client meetings and shortlist opportunities.
• Oversee social media strategy and content creation to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement across platforms.
• Coordinate the creation of multimedia marketing content, including corporate videos and visual storytelling assets that align with company values and messaging.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s online presence through regular website updates and digital content management.
• Create, edit, and distribute a variety of marketing materials including brochures, project sheets, case studies, and branded collateral.
• Support ongoing marketing operations through CRM/database management, award submission coordination, event planning, and project photography efforts.
