Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in social media management, digital marketing, or communications.
• Strong skills in photography and video capture using professional or high-quality mobile equipment.
• Experience with basic video editing, graphic design tools, and email marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Constant Contact).
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft engaging messaging.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, program managers, instructors, and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to CCAPE program sites and off-campus locations as needed.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and manage CCAPE social media content across platforms, including posts, stories, reels, and short-form video.
• Create engaging visual and written content to spotlight CCAPE programs, students, instructors, employer partners, events, and workforce initiatives.
• Regularly capture high-quality photos and videos of students in CCAPE's career training programs during classes, labs, trainings, graduations, and site visits.
• Edit and produce short-form promotional videos, reels, and graphics for digital marketing and web use.
• Engage with audiences by monitoring comments and messages, coordinating timely responses with CCAPE leadership and College marketing.
• Collaborate with the Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing on brochures, flyers, class handouts, and promotional materials.
• Design and update program flyers, social media graphics, and basic marketing collateral in line with branding standards.
• Develop and execute content for newsletters, email campaigns, website updates, and special initiatives.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library of photos, videos, and marketing materials.
• Travel regularly between CCAPE program sites and off-campus training locations to capture content in person.
