This role defines where to play and how to win, translating market insight into clear segment priorities, value propositions, and roadmap decisions that drive revenue and margin growth.

This role is not simply about marketing execution - it is about owning the marketing growth engine for the business unit. The Strategic Marketing Manager will architect and drive the integrated marketing strategy that fuelspipeline, accelerates revenue, sharpens competitive positioning, and strengthens market leadership.

Reporting directly into the Business Unit, this role partners closely with the Business Unit Leader, Product Management, and Sales Leadership to translate market opportunity into measurable business growth.

• Develop and own the comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to business unit revenue, margin, and market shareobjectives.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and sizing toidentifykey adjacencies, white spaces, and other growth opportunities ( "Where to Grow" )
• Assess opportunities againstcurrent and potential future capabilities of Justrite and own BU ( "Strategic Fit" )
• Identifyspecific growth strategies (potential new products, product extensions, positioning, lead generation,etc) to grow into those opportunities ( "How" )
• Define differentiated product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that create competitiveadvantage.
• Establish measurable annual and quarterly marketingobjectivestied directly to pipeline contribution and revenue impact.
