This role defines where to play and how to win, translating market insight into clear segment priorities, value propositions, and roadmap decisions that drive revenue and margin growth. This role is not simply about marketing execution — it is about owning the marketing growth engine for the business unit. The Strategic Marketing Manager will architect and drive the integrated marketing strategy that fuels pipeline, accelerates revenue, sharpens competitive positioning, and strengthens market leadership. Reporting directly into the Business Unit, this role partners closely with the Business Unit Leader, Product Management, and Sales Leadership to translate market opportunity into measurable business growth.

What You Will Do At Justrite

Business Unit Growth Strategy - Where to Grow, Strategic Fit, and How

• Develop and own the comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to business unit revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and sizing to identify key adjacencies, white spaces, and other growth opportunities (“Where to Grow”)
• Assess opportunities against current and potential future capabilities of Justrite and own BU (“Strategic Fit”)
• Identify specific growth strategies (potential new products, product extensions, positioning, lead generation, etc) to grow into those opportunities (“How”)
• Define differentiated product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that create competitive advantage.
• Establish measurable annual and quarterly marketing objectives tied directly to pipeline contribution and revenue impact.
• Serve as the voice of the market within
