Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles accountable for brand and growth outcomes.
• Proven ability to build and scale marketing organizations and drive business growth through paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Strong command of positioning, messaging, creative development, and customer lifecycle strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise marketing strategy and annual priorities across brand, growth, lifecycle, and communications.
• Build, develop, and coach a high-performing marketing organization.
• Direct acquisition and retention strategies across channels, optimizing targeting and channel economics.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to strengthen conversion, measurement, and go-to-market execution.
