Tri-State Energy in New Jersey seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and shape the company's marketing and utility program efforts, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

You will develop a comprehensive strategic plan, manage a marketing team, oversee RFP responses, and coordinate with sales, operations, and executives to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 4-8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Experience with RFPs, brand management, social media, digital marketing, and content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the marketing efforts for utility programs and the company.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic marketing plan to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue.
• Manage a marketing team, collaborate with sales, operations, and executives, and oversee RFP responses.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and content across channels.
• Oversee brand development, messaging, and budgeting to maximize ROI.
