Job summary

Tri-State Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Energy Engineer in Woodbridge, N.J. This role involves leading energy audits, developing engineering analyses, and coordinating project activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) credential.

The position offers a salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, alongside benefits like medical insurance, 401(k), and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in energy engineering.
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is required.
• Strong knowledge of building mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute ASHRAE Level I–III energy audits.
• Conduct on-site inspections and measurement & verification.
• Develop detailed engineering analyses and ECM calculations.
• Prepare technical reports and proposals.
