Xcel Energy in Denver, CO seeks a Lead Marketing Strategist for the Customer Energy and Transportation Solutions group. You'll drive marketing strategy and execution for new and mature products, leveraging customer insights and data to boost awareness and participation.

Responsibilities include developing annual plans, segmenting customers, tracking KPIs and budget, and shaping product experience improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
• 5 years marketing experience OR a combination of sales and marketing.
• 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: program, product or brand management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of brand, advertising, and promotion principles and tactics.
• Peer leadership with excellent communication skills and proven results.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize program portfolio inputs to support development of engaging marketing strategies and annual plan for new/market transformation and mature products.
• Perform customer segmentation analysis and distill product value propositions to develop product bundles.
• Understand customers using internal and external data to determine customer preferences.
• Track and report on assigned budget and KPIs.
• Support product awareness research.
• Identify product and customer experience improvement recommendations.
