Xcel Energy Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive Colorado state and local government energy policy, infrastructure siting, and large-load strategy.

You will align statewide policy, regulatory strategy, and community engagement with cross-functional teams to deliver growth and protect the company brand. The role requires leading a proactive narrative, building durable stakeholder relationships, and managing risk across municipalities, legislators, and communities.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of Colorado narrative and stakeholder strategy for data centers and large load customers.
• Provide leadership in executing Colorado state and local government energy policy priorities.
• Translate growth priorities into a proactive Colorado strategy across legislation, local rules, franchise, and community engagement.
• Identify political, municipal, regulatory, and reputational risks early and drive mitigation actions.
• Build and lead statewide advocacy playbook and relationships with legislators and stakeholders.
• Provide timely context to PSCo leadership on matters affecting growth and infrastructure.
