Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Central Pharmacy Service Center (CPSC) solutions in San Diego, CA. You will develop BD's commercial strategy, craft differentiated value propositions, and lead cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption across BD's portfolio.

You will engage health system executives, create customer-facing content, enable sales, and influence portfolio investments through insights and VOC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of healthcare marketing, product marketing, strategic marketing, or commercial leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with acute care hospitals or health systems.
• Proven ability to develop strategic messaging and value propositions for complex healthcare solutions.
• Experience engaging directly with healthcare executives, pharmacy leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and influence skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business planning capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead BD's commercial strategy, market positioning, and go-to-market initiatives for Central Pharmacy Service Center solutions.
• Serve as the marketing leader and subject matter expert for CPSC solutions and drive customer adoption through integrated programs.
• Identify market opportunities and gaps, influencing portfolio investments with cross-functional partners.
• Create differentiated value propositions and messaging that unite BD products into a cohesive customer story.
• Engage health system executives and pharmacy leaders to gather VOC and validate messaging.
• Develop sales enablement programs and collateral to improve solution selling.
• Train sales teams on CPSC workflows, challenges, and BD's value proposition.
• Support opportunities with presentations, business cases, and executive discussions.
• Collaborate on demand generation and thought leadership to position BD as a leader in centralized pharmacy operations.
