Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive demand generation and strategic marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels within the Commercial organization. The role partners with Market and Field Marketing to translate segment strategy into actionable plans.

You will analyze market trends, develop value propositions, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize portfolio impact. Relocation not offered; US-based with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalence at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive effective deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach, engagement, and demand generation.
• Ensure strong communication, enablement, and support tools are in place to drive channel effectiveness and growth.
• Partner with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into actionable plans.
• Build understanding of competitive dynamics, market pricing, and formulation value to support margin expansion and volume growth.
• Partner with TS&D to prioritize and advance key portfolio projects, with emphasis on broad market opportunities.
• Support planning, execution, and development of commercial-ready outputs and materials.
• Establish credibility as a go-to resource for market intelligence and trends within the organization.
