You will own budget planning, monitor forecasts, provide actionable financial insights, and drive standard processes that scale across a fast‑paced, multi‑national marketing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial operations, budget management, procurement, or related role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into guidance.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budget planning for marketing teams and translate priorities into financial plans.
• Monitor budget performance, update forecasts, and flag variances early.
• Deliver financial insights and identify cost efficiency opportunities.
• Drive monthly business reviews and reporting packages for leadership.
• Oversee procurement and end-to-end purchasing for marketing teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract onboarding with Strategic Sourcing.
• Oversee contingent workforce onboarding, offboarding, and expense tracking.
• Collaborate across Finance, Procurement, HR, and AP/AR to resolve issues.
• champion standard processes and continuous improvement across marketing operations.
