Totum Partners is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Events for a leading international law firm. The role leads the firmwide programme of high-profile client events, signature experiences and major attorney retreats, driving engagement, brand-building and revenue growth.

The successful candidate will work with senior Marketing and Client Development leadership and partners, owning budgets, vendors and end-to-end event logistics in a fast-paced, sophisticated environment.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of relevant experience in senior event roles.
• Experience partnering with senior partners and client development teams.
• Experience delivering high-profile client events in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Develop the firmwide strategy for client-facing events and experiences.
• Advise partners and BD teams on audiences, formats and objectives.
• Lead marquee client events and attorney retreats.
• Manage and develop a sophisticated events team.
• Own budgets, vendors, venues, contracts and logistics.
• Collaborate across Marketing, BD, Communications, and Operations.
• Establish consistent event standards and best practices.
• Measure ROI, client engagement and business impact.
