Totum Partners is seeking an experienced Recognition Manager to join its global Marketing team within a leading international law firm. This highly visible role develops awards and directories strategy, translating complex cases into compelling submissions.

You will lead submissions, interview senior lawyers, manage projects, oversee external consultants, and advise on Chambers and Legal 500 rankings to strengthen the firm’s reputation worldwide.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writers and editors who can turn complex legal matters into persuasive narratives.
• Able to interview and advise senior partners and other senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management with multiple submissions and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of sophisticated awards submissions, identifying strongest matters, lawyers and stories.
• Interview senior lawyers and translate complex work into engaging written submissions.
• Manage awards projects from nomination through drafting, approvals and submission.
• Oversee external consultants and maintain high editorial standards.
• Advise on Chambers and Legal 500, rankings and market best practice.
• Manage relationships with major legal directories.
• Collaboration with Communications to maximise impact of awards and rankings.
