Job summary

This role oversees a portfolio of events—grand openings, arena events, sponsorship activations, and associate-led activities—coordinating planning, budgeting, venues, vendors, CRM tracking, performance reporting, and post-event follow‑up

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or related field.
• Experience planning, executing, and evaluating events, sponsorships, or community engagement programs.
• Proficiency with CRM and event management tools to track attendance, engagement, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise event strategy aligned to objectives.
• Own end-to-end management of the Bank's event portfolio including budgeting, logistics, promotion, attendee experience, onsite execution, follow-up, and performance reporting.
• Source venues, vendors, and partners; conduct site visits; manage logistics for successful events.
• Coordinate with Corporate Responsibility, business lines, and communities to identify engagement opportunities and representation.
• Establish event objectives, success metrics, governance standards, and ROI measurement across types.
• Analyze event performance and provide recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Manage event budgets and resources to maximize ROI.
