Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a senior marketing leader to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for assigned service lines and campuses. You will oversee strategy, messaging, design direction, budgeting, and results measurement while building strong relationships with leadership, physicians, and external stakeholders to drive growth.

The role requires extensive marketing experience, management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple markets

Qualifications

• Education in marketing/communications required; MBA/MHA/MS considered for advanced roles.
• Eight years of professional marketing experience with proven results.
• Management experience required and willingness to commute in the greater metro area.
• Experience with multi-channel advertising, PR, digital and sales strategies.
• Ability to develop, implement and measure marketing strategies for defined markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex marketing strategies and manage implementation to achieve ROI.
• Participate in service line or campus/entity strategic objectives and goals.
• Lead annual marketing planning and review demographic, market and industry data.
• Direct diverse teams to execute marketing strategies and tactics.
• Establish and monitor budgets, expenses, and cost-center accountability.
• Provide reports on metrics to leadership and adjust activities based on results.
