Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Director to act as an internal consultant to the MHMG leadership. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhance workflows, and drive revenue growth while reducing costs across the system.

You will collaborate with executive leadership and various departments, overseeing onboarding of new clinics, staff training, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• With a degree, minimum of 10 years physician practice management experience.
• If without a degree, 15 years practice management experience and 5 years healthcare consulting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to present publicly.
• Proficient computer skills; detail-oriented and collaborative.
• Experience ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Ability to travel; occasional evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and varied office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Advise MHMG executives on business operations and strategic direction.
• Lead workflow improvements to reduce non-value-added activities.
• Identify cost reduction and revenue opportunities across the network.
• Collaborate with PMO and regional leadership on initiatives.
• Develop and guide Advanced Practice Management Services offerings.
• Supervise PPMC staff and contribute to onboarding of new clinics.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations; maintain confidentiality.
