Minnco Credit Union in Minnesota seeks a senior executive to lead marketing and digital services, steward the brand, and align strategies with growth goals. You will oversee analytics, online and offline campaigns, and AI-enabled initiatives to optimize member engagement and retention.

You will drive data-driven decision making, guide budgets, and cultivate high-performing teams across marketing and digital platforms, reporting to the Chief Experience Officer.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field plus 10–15 years of experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within financial services or a credit union.
• Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills with cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with goals.
• Oversee brand stewardship and market research.
• Analyze market trends and manage budgets.
• Lead data-driven campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Drive adoption of AI to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
