Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc in Bryn Mawr, PA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing and Business Development Team. Based at our Bryn Mawr location, you will develop high quality marketing activities to promote our services for children with autism.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will manage campaigns, content creation, social media, SEO/SEM, and data-driven reporting to measure effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing and promotion experience.
• Budget or P&L management experience.
• Strong organizational, time-management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a cross-functional team.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Work from Bryn Mawr, PA office five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of comprehensive annual marketing plan.
• Partner with internal and external partners for marketing activities.
• Coordinate promotional meetings and presentations with internal staff.
• Support field staff with marketing materials.
• Create content for platforms, newsletters, emails, and social media.
• Manage social media marketing, SEO/SEM and other digital tools.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data and prepare reports.
• Conduct customer and stakeholder surveys and build reports.
• Coordinate project meetings and timelines with stakeholders.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
