Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Bryn Mawr, PA office. You will work with the Marketing and Business Development Team to develop and execute high-quality marketing activities that promote the company's services.

Responsibilities include developing annual marketing plans, content creation for newsletters and social media, SEO/SEM, and data reporting. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of marketing experience are required, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing and promotion experience.
• Budget or P&L management experience.
• Strong organizational, time-management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a cross-functional team.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Work from Bryn Mawr, PA office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive annual marketing plan to achieve stated business objectives.
• Assist internal and external partners in creating and delivering marketing activities.
• Coordinate promotional meetings and presentations with internal staff.
• Support field staff with marketing materials.
• Craft content for newsletters, email marketing, and social media; ensure brand consistency.
• Assist with social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and other digital tools.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Conduct customer and stakeholder surveys and build custom reports.
• Manage project meetings and timelines; ensure timely progress.
