RBC is seeking a Marketing Content Writer & Strategist to develop and execute compelling content across RBC's US Clearing & Custody organization. You will write, edit, and polish on-brand material for digital, email, social, direct mail, and web channels while collaborating with marketing, business, and creative teams.

The role requires 4+ years in financial services marketing, a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, and strong messaging instincts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing experience in financial services
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail
• Creative thinker able to develop compelling content strategies
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and managing priorities

Responsibilities

• Core Content Development: write, edit, and proofread marketing content across channels with brand consistency
• Develop messaging reflecting products, services, capabilities and priorities
• Maintain brand voice guidelines across communications
• Strategic Content & Campaign Development: conceptualize and support integrated campaigns
• Brainstorm marketing ideas with teams and partners to turn priorities into content
• Support thought leadership by identifying topics and collaborating with experts
• Develop messaging themes ensuring consistency across campaigns and brand positioning
• Execution & Optimization: gather information with subject matter experts for accuracy
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Identify opportunities to repurpose content across channels and audiences
• Stay informed on industry trends and how to improve engagement
