Job summary

Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management Risk division seeks an Assistant Vice President to join the Risk Communications Central Review Unit. The AVP will work with Business Partners, Legal and Compliance on complex initiatives, and provide regulatory guidance on firm communications with the public, with final approval of select materials.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Licenses: Series 7 and Series 24.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience reviewing and approving communications with the public.
• Strong understanding of ESG and regulatory focus.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve communications with the public to increase wallet share.
• Filing retail communications with FINRA and respond to comments.
• Consult with business and control partners on regulatory issues.
• Assist with responding to regulatory exams, audits and targeted assessments.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases and oversee AI tool integration into risk workflows.
