Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Communications & Field Risk professional to support national communications and field service recognition within Wealth Management. The role emphasizes strategic content development, webinar facilitation, and leadership messaging across 8000+ employees.

You will program-manage conferences and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver timely updates and effective issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 3–5 years in financial services.
• Experience in Wealth Management field is helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Risk and Service National Communications, including strategic content development and execution logistics.
• Facilitate administrative communications on live, national Zoom webinar calls, including delivery of key updates and real-time Q&A.
• Write employee communications and create leadership materials (e.g., meeting decks, emails, leader talking points).
• Support the National Field Risk and Service Recognition program for 8000+ employees, including budget management and intranet site management.
• Coordinate and administer the annual National Service Champion program, including nomination, vetting, selection, and promotion/communications.
• Program-manage Field Risk and Service in-person conferences and events, including leadership and professional events.
• Build and maintain partnerships with Regional Risk and Service Leadership teams.
• Support ongoing recurring meetings and lead strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams.
