Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a communications professional to support Field Risk and Service initiatives within Wealth Management. You will work with Home Office senior leadership and regional teams to develop strategic content and coordinate national communications and events.

Responsibilities include managing live Zoom updates, creating leadership materials, supporting the National Service Champion program, and guiding budget and intranet efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required.
• 3–5 years of financial services experience.
• Wealth Management field or related industry experience helpful.
• Internal and external communications experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Risk and Service National Communications, including strategy, content development and end-to-end execution logistics.
• Facilitate administrative communications on live, national Zoom webinar calls, including updates and real-time Q&A to ensure clarity and engagement.
• Write employee communications and create leadership materials (e.g., decks, emails, talking points).
• Support the National Field Risk and Service Recognition program for 8000+ employees, including budget management and intranet site management.
• Coordinate and administer the annual National Service Champion program, including nominations and communications.
• Program-manage Field Risk and Service conferences and events.
• Build and maintain partnerships with Regional Risk and Service Leadership teams.
• Support recurring meetings such as Service Excellence and Town Hall events.
• Lead strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams with timelines and stakeholders.
