Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to support growth initiatives within Wealth Management Solutions. You will develop marketing content and collaborate with design teams to deliver engaging materials.

You will measure success against business objectives and work with legal, compliance, product development, and sales strategy to drive measurable results. This onsite role is based in Minneapolis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in investments or non-financial product Marketing Communications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong writing skills with exceptional marketing and communications ability.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work across teams to motivate and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert in product and strategy positioning to increase awareness and drive growth of Wealth Management Solutions.
• Develop integrated strategy plans for marketing and communications programs.
• Create marketing materials including collateral, sales literature, emails, articles, social posts, scripts, FAQ, etc.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment and timely delivery of campaigns.
• Track results against objectives and provide actionable recommendations.
