You will develop unique marketing and/or communications, write compelling content and work with a Graphic or Instructional Design team to build engaging deliverables. You will measure success by tracking progress against overall business objectives via leading indicators (email click-through rates, content downloads, change in behavior, etc.) and lagging indicators (sales and net flows). This position reports to the Director, Product Marketing Communications.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as an expert in product and strategy positioning to increase awareness, build financial advisor knowledge, and drive growth of Wealth Management Solutions.Develop integrated strategy plans for marketing and communications programs.Create marketing and communications materials including marketing collateral, sales literature, articles, emails, social media posts, scripts, FAQ, etc. to support products initiatives and drive growth of Wealth Management Solutions.Identify appropriate marketing and communications vehicles to achieve desired organizational impact.Work with and lead large cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure alignment and integration.Evaluate outcomes based on established business, marketing and communications objectives.Act as primary liaison with internal partners – legal, compliance, graphic or instructional designers, product development, sales strategy, etc.Drive measurable program results. Track marketing and communications engagement and results and provide recommendations for improvements, execute approved recommendations quickly across the organization to ensure alignment and integration.Required Qualifications5+ years’ experience in investments or non-financial product Marketing CommunicationsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent in a related fieldStrong, demonstrated writing skillsExceptional marketing, communications, project management, and organizational skillsProven ability to prioritize, coupled with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work across teams to motivate and collaboratively influence othersSelf-starter with ability to work independentlyExperience working with Microsoft Office products (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Active Series 7 license or the ability to obtain within an established timeframePreferred QualificationsStrong knowledge of investments and/or financial products and services (i.e., advisory solutions/managed accounts, retirement plans, etc.)Knowledge of design and email marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Creative Suite)Base Pay SalaryThe estimated base salary for this role is $81,700 - $112,300/ year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
