FRC is seeking a Director of Marketing & Corporate Communications to lead brand, messaging, and communications across government, education, and commercial markets in Erie, PA. You will shape content strategy, drive digital engagement, and align marketing with growth objectives.

You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate complex technology concepts into compelling narratives, manage events, and measure impact against KPIs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or related discipline.
• Approximately 8+ years of progressive marketing, communications, brand, sales, or public relations experience.
• Demonstrated experience owning marketing strategy and execution.
• Experience leading complex campaigns, events, communications, and external relationships.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activities to measurable business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own and strengthen FRC’s corporate brand, messaging, positioning, and voice.
• Translate complex technology and public-sector concepts into compelling, accessible messaging for customers, partners, employees, and external stakeholders.
• Lead FRC’s corporate marketing, communications strategy, content strategy, and digital engagement initiatives.
• Develop executive content and communications that position FRC and its leadership as credible voices in cybersecurity, AI, data, government technology, and workforce development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technology, Partner Enablement, Business Operations, and OEM partners to support campaigns and materials.
• Plan and measure events, conferences, and field marketing with clear objectives and post-event follow-up.
