Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3+ years in marketing, communications, PR, or related field preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate marketing and communications initiatives across multiple departments.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, TV, and events.
• Create and manage content including ads, social posts, emails, press releases, flyers, and other materials.
• Serve as liaison between departments, leadership, and external marketing/media partners.
• Support website content management and maintain engaging online communications.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, website activity, and marketing KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate marketing support for events, sponsorships, and trade shows.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications and promotional efforts.
