Job summary

Hawaii-Western Management Group in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Marketing and Communications Lead to oversee marketing, communications, and branding strategies. You will coordinate with departments and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and optimize campaigns across digital, social, print, TV and events.

The role acts as the main marketing liaison between the Communications team, departments and vendors, driving impactful campaigns and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if applicable

• Intermediate proficiency in publishing/design software (e.g., Canva, WordPress, Photoshop)
• Basic-level proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategy
• Basic-level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher

Starting Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually. Full salary range is broader and depends on experience.

Work Location

• In-office position in Downtown Honolulu, Hawaii. May later be eligible to work from home one (1) day per week subject to management approval
• Outdoor and other non-air-conditioned environments may be encountered during external events or meetings
• Able to travel by plane to neighbor islands
