Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Marketing and Communications Lead to oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, TV, and events in Downtown Honolulu. The role requires 3 years in marketing or communications (insurance sector preferred), with a bachelor's degree preferred.

Hybrid option available after management approval; occasional travel to neighbor islands may be required. The position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 to $65,000 per year, on-site with a possible one

Qualifications

• 3 years of marketing/communications experience; insurance sector preferred
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Temp-to-Hire or direct hire possible for strong candidates

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, TV, and events
• Create content including ads, press releases, eblasts, flyers, mailers, and social posts
• Coordinate website content management and development
• Track and report marketing KPIs, including SEO, competitor analysis, and trends
• Prepare and manage budgets for marketing efforts
• Lead brand development, including materials, presentations, and promotional items
• Coordinate events such as trade shows, community walks, golf tournaments, and sponsorships
• Manage vendor relationships
• Represent the company at events on Oahu and nearby islands
