Job summary

Blount Fine Foods Corp. is seeking a Fall Semester Commercial Planning & Marketing Intern to support the customer marketing team with sales, trade, and promotional analyses.

You will compile data, prepare meeting materials, and help evaluate promotional performance while contributing to category insights. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Category Management, plus assisting with asset organization and standard reporting.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to work in a team and independently.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling key sales, trade, and promotional data to support planning routines.
• Prepare materials for customer meetings, including scorecards and promotional calendars.
• Support analysis of promotional performance, pricing, and distribution changes to identify trends with the Blue Planner platform.
• Develop market insights and summarize findings to support Sales and Marketing.
• Assist with content organization across internal systems (SharePoint, Teams, digital asset libraries).
• Maintain recurring reports (weekly dashboards, retailer recaps, item performance).
