Qualifications

• Degree (B.A.) candidate from College or University or related experience; or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally in English as it pertains to the position.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, competent with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with CI Engineer on planning, coordination, control, and analysis of CI projects.
• Provide current state data and proposals for continuous improvement.
• Provide ongoing data on all selected production processes.
• Support process improvement initiatives including design, optimization, control, and documentation to reduce waste.
• Support manufacturing initiatives to improve safety, cycle times, productivity, capacity, reliability, and on-time delivery.
• Other responsibilities with similar skill and scope as assigned.
