Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in New York seeks a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to support practice marketing strategies, coordinate events and sponsorships, maintain materials and dashboards, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency. This role collaborates with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

The position is hybrid with two onsite days weekly, offering a salary range of $65,000–$80,000 and compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Two to three years of marketing, business development or communications experience.
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support MBD managers in the execution of practice-specific marketing and business development strategies.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships and speaking engagements.
• Develop, maintain and distribute marketing collateral, attorney bios, website content and social packages.
• Support awards, rankings, directory and league table submissions.
• Assist with practice marketing budget administration, tracking and reporting.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and success metrics for marketing activities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and templates for efficiency.
• Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and ensure outputs are accurate.
• Provide project coordination and administrative support to the Practice Support team.
