Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP seeks a Marketing and Engagement Coordinator to support the department's content, design and digital marketing functions. This role focuses on execution and coordination and requires confidentiality and collaboration with colleagues across the firm.

The position is located in the firm’s New York, Chicago or Washington, D.C. offices with a hybrid KattenFlex model, offering on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
• 0–2 years in marketing/communications; legal or professional services a plus.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading with brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Write, update, edit and publish attorney biographies and content on the Firm's website and intranet.
• Track status of bios and follow up with stakeholders for drafts.
• Coordinate and execute social media attorney engagement efforts.
• Maintain marketing asset libraries and design templates.
• Create basic graphics to support content and social outputs.
• Document processes for content creation and governance.
• Gather basic web/social metrics for reporting.
