• Accountability for all aspects of the market's performance, including operating income.
• Participates in strategic planning and regional projects as requested.
• Develops and implements marketing plans/strategies for Regional Banking Team.
• Manages and develops a team of Market Managers/Relationship Managers to achieve goals.
• Deepens client relationships through the OCR process and regional leadership.
